We had the most amazing 2 night stay here!!! 1st off -- the massages. Wow!!! We had 90 minute massages with Stanley & Cristina. We both agree these were the best massages we ever had. I get massages regularly, and none were ever as good as Cristina's. I will definitely be back. The room was amazing. We had a Riverview elite. Loved it. Only drawback was whirlpool tub didn't work which was kind of a bummer, because that's why we chose here. The food was also amazing. Tried the charcuterie boat, pork belly, soup, and a steak. All 5 stars. Enjoyed the fruit and pastries offered for breakfast. All in all, we had a romantic weekend that was truly incredible, and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special getaway!!!!!

Our daughter got married across the street from this hotel , but we all stayed at the Herrington, it was so amazing! The staff alone was so kind and accommodating and fun! The restaurant there is amazing! The food is spectacular also, super cozy restaurant, romantic! Rooms are so great too! Beautiful bathroom with large tub and super. Comfortable bed. House keeping on top of everything if you want them to be. We didn’t need our room cleaned daily but we could have. It’s a touch of old Europe charm with modern day convenience and. Again, need to mention the whole staff was awesome! Thank you team Herrington!

Went to the lounge bar for the Wednesday Smash burger special. I would highly recommend going. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. Overall good portion size that combined 2 smashed burgers between a stay together brioche bun with generous fixings (tomato, pickle, mixed lettuce leaves, red onion, and cheese) with a side of seasoned fries. Kuddos to the kitchen staff. Alex is a seasoned bartender and provided tasty drinks. Overall 5 star experience for a mid week dinner out.

I went here for a night out on the town with a friend for dinner and I have to say the place looked beautiful! The staff was very welcoming when we entered, the drinks were amazing and the the food was top notch!! I couldn't ask for a better filet mignon cooked to perfection! Thank you Herrington for making our night special and we will be back.

My husband and I had the most incredible stay here! It was so clean, cozy, smelled incredible (but not fake/perfume like), and provided really thoughtful details like the fireplace being turned on, heated floors in the bathrooms, and cookies at turndown service. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and kind and you cannot beat the location with everything you could need being in walking distance. 10/10 would recommend staying here. It was so lovely!

I got married there 20 years ago and I can't say enough about this place. The town is beautiful. The facility is beautiful. Everything they did was amazing. I revel in it each and every day. Thank you to the Herrington and Deanne who happens to still be working there. I love that! World class excellence.

Working alongside the team at The Herrington was such a wonderful experience. I was hired by the bridal couple as their wedding planner with Citygirl Events, and from the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcomed and supported. From the front desk staff to the banquet team, everyone was so kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire wedding day. As a wedding planner coming into a venue and working alongside a lead venue team for the first time, it is always so important to quickly get aligned and work together seamlessly for the couple. The Herrington team made that feel effortless. Everyone was collaborative, communicative, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. I would absolutely love the opportunity to work alongside their team again and highly recommend them to any couple looking for an amazing wedding venue and experience!

In February I was to attend a funeral in the area and decided to stay at this Hotel and Spa. The room was beautiful with a fireplace and balcony. I came up a day early to do the spa and sight-see. The Spa was wonderful and so was the staff. They even turned down the bed and left cookies.... I did find a deal online, and was glad I read the whole page where it said I could also use my AAA card for more of a discount, and I clicked a box that said I was an AAA member.... During the time I was there it was not really busy, but I did feel the room rate was good for all I got... I happened to be looking at the pictures today from the trip and decided to do a review. I recall being there at a sad time, but my treatments at the Spa and the beautiful hotel got my spirits up for attending the funeral.... I plan to visit the area again and stay at this hotel...

Had my wedding here in August 2025. Perfect from start to finish. Racquel and Deanne were amazing to work with. They handled everything - the tasting, the planning, the day of, and my in-laws - so professionally. I had zero venue-related stress the day of my wedding and was able to truly enjoy the day because the Herrington handled everything. I've had so many family members remark on how great the wedding was for them as guests. The service at dinner was a highlight. My older relatives were so pleased with the service, the food, and the venue itself. A lot of my family stayed overnight, then went to the farmer's market in the morning- so cute, and a special memory, not just for me but for my whole family. Another highlight was before the ceremony even started. We took our pictures in the courtyard earlier in the day. As our guests were arriving and checking in to their rooms, we'd see them walk out onto their balconies and get a sneak peek of us. The people eating lunch at the restaurant were very sweet as well. It really added to the excitement of the whole day. I loved everything about having my wedding there. If I had to do it all over again I'd pick the Herrington every time.
